For authors with accepted full papers, conference registration fee is as below:

The registration fee includes the following items:
- Certificate of Presentation/ Participation
- Video records for his/her presentation part
- Conference Proceedings (CD form)
- Conference Welcome Packet (only for onsite conference)
- Lunch & Dinner on August 14, 2024 (only for onsite conference)
- Coffee Breaks (only for onsite conference)
- Hard Copy of the Conference Program Guide (only for onsite conference)
- Presentation/Social Activities (only for onsite conference)
- Electronic Copy of the Conference Program Guide
Important Notes:
- At least one author from each accepted paper must present their work in person at the conference. Otherwise, the paper will be removed from the conference proceedings and program.
- The accepted and presented papers will be published the conference proceedings online. The registration fee is the same for authors attending the onsite conference, online conference or both.
- If the first author or corresponding author is a student, please present related documentation of your student status to the committee for the preferential registration fee.
- If the author wants to withdraw manuscript or the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply. Cancellations received before July 30, 2024 will be returned in full minus the administrative charge of 100 USD/600 CNY. Refunds will be given following the conclusion of the meeting. Cancellations made after July 30, 2024 will not be refunded.
- Force Majeure: The Organizer cannot accept or bear responsibility, refund or any compensation if the conference is prevented or affected by force majeure.
