With the advancement of science and technology, biomedical engineering and bioinformatics have been increasingly significant and exhibiting broad application prospects. The integration and synergistic development of the two fields not only provide new opportunities for medical research and clinical applications, but also open up new possibilities in the fields of personalized medicine, disease prediction and treatment, while promoting the wide application of genomics, proteomics, medical image processing, and biosensors.

BIBE conference series focuses on the fields of bioinformatics and biomedical engineering, aiming to provide a platform for exchanging and sharing the latest research, technological innovations, and theoretical developments, and to promote the development of the fields. The BIBE conference has attracted more than 400 delegates from China, the United States, Japan, Russia, and more countries and regions since 2016. All accepted articles of the previous conferences have gone through rigorous peer review and completed EI, Scopus inclusion.

The 7th International Conference on Bioinformatics and Biomedical Engineering 2024 (BIBE2024), organized by the School of Life Science and Technology, Xidian University will be held during August 13-15, 2024 in Hohhot, China. BIBE2024 All accepted and presented papers will be published by VDE Verlag GmbH, which will be included in the IEEE Xplore digital library and submitted for indexing by Ei Compendex, Scopus etc.

Bin Liu is a Professor with the School of Software, Dalian University of Technology. He received the B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the Dalian University of Technology, Liaoning, China, in 2004. He received the M.S. degree in mechanical engineering in 2006 and the Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering in 2009, both from the Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China. His current research interests include image processing.

Professor Ming Chen-leader of bioinformatics at Zhejiang University. In 2004, he graduated from Bielefeld University in Germany with a PhD in bioinformatics. Yifeng Wang - Ph.D. of Harbin Institute of Technology-National University of Singapore joint training (Scholarship Council of the State Scholarship Council of Singapore), member of China Computer Federation, member of Asia-Pacific Neural Networks Association, member of MICCAI, and member of AAAI. His main research interests include deep learning model design and interpretability analysis, generative deep learning models, virtual staining of pathological images, tissue semantic Segmentation, cancer diagnosis and prediction based on deep learning. BIBE-BPAM' 24: 3D Bioprinting Additive Manufacturing

Professor Zhengyao Bai: PhD in Information and Communication Engineering, Beijing Institure of Technology (BIT), 2004. He is a professor of the School of Information Technology, Yunnan University. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Toronto, Canada. He is a member of IEEE, senior member of China Institute of Electronics(CIE), member of China Computer Federation (CCF); member of Digital Health Committee of China Society for the Promotion of Science and Technology Commercialization, Vice Chairman of Digital Medicine Branch of Yunnan Medical Association, editorial board member of Radiology Science, reviewer of many international famous journals; He has presided and completed 5 provincial and national fund projects and major science and technology special projects, published more than 80 academic papers, 4 textbooks, 2 monographs, and 1 translated works. His research interests are signal processing, image processing, pattern recognition and machine learning. His main research fields are medical image processing and analysis, computer aided diagnos based on artificial intelligence (AI), 3D modeling and neural radiation field rendering.

Fufeng Liu, Ph.D., is a professor at the School of Bioengineering, Tianjin University of Science and Technology, and the head of the Department of Bioengineering. He is a Tianjin Distinguished Professor, Tianjin University Discipline Leader, Haihe Scholar Distinguished Professor, and Xiangjiang Scholar.
