Regular Author with Full Paper RMB 2500 (USD 410) per paper (within 4 pages)
Student Author with Full Paper RMB 2300 (USD 380) per paper (within 4 pages)
Extra Page Charges (Begin at Page 5) RMB 400 (USD 70) per extra page
Listener/ Accompanying Person RMB 1200 (USD 200) per person

Notes:

1. Accommodation at the hotel covers breakfast.
2. The registration fee does not include:
Accommodation
Visa application fee
Transportation fee
3. Only one author is free of charge to attend the conference for one accepted paper. The registration fee is the same regardless of whether author attending conference or not.
Extra authors or the accompanying person should pay the special registration fee.
4. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to secretary_wang@icbibe.org.
If the author want to withdraw manuscript or the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply.
  • Before 50 days of the conference: The remaining refund after deducting the handling fee
  • Between 50-15 days before the conference: 50% of Payment Refund
  • After July 5, 2019: No Refund
5. Conference organizing committee reserves all rights in the explanation of above terms.
