Note	Accepted papers should be formatted first, and then adopt the corresponding charging standard. For each accepted paper, only one author has the opportunity to attend the conference for free. The registration fee is the same regardless of whether author attending conference or not. Transportation and accommodation fees should be borne by participants. BIBE organizing committee reserves all the right for the final explanation.
